Emotional Freedom Technique

Tap, talk and take control

EFT is:

It helps you to break free of limiting emotional, physical and performance blocks.  It seems to make your emotions less disruptive in everyday life.  You can then experience a healthier and happier way of being.

You may be able to:

At your EFT session, I will help you to clarify YOUR aims and then will teach you how to ‘tap’ on specific points on your upper body as we continue to talk through relevant feelings and experiences.

After your first session, you have a tool to use wherever you are and whenever you need it.  All you have to do is tap!

The number of therapist-guided sessions needed depends on several factors; you should notice changes very quickly.  The more you practise, the more effective and creative you can be with your tapping.

Allow 90 minutes for each treatment session
 


Hypnotherapy

Making the changes YOU want to make

Hypnotherapy helps you to change your view of things.  Changing your responses to events which cause you ‘stress’ allows you to choose the way you want to live.

Every experience throughout our lives is stored as a subconscious memory.  These shape the way we react and respond.  When the ‘busy’ conscious mind is stilled during hypnosis, we can often gain insight into our ‘inner self’.  Making changes then becomes easier and has a more lasting effect.
