Should you follow our escapades on our newsletters, blog page, social media pages and YouTube channel, you will be aware that we recently visited the beautiful city of Krakow in Poland. On the recommendation of friends who had recently enjoyed a holiday there, we threw caution to the wind and booked it.

If I had any trepidation about visiting Poland, it was only because of the memories I held of the dark days of the early 1980’s in the UK when the news was ablaze with reports of IRA bombings, mass unemployment and strikes and while this was all going on at home, there was also unrest in the communist world and the news became focused on the rise of the Polish “Solidarity Movement.”

Some may remember that Solidarity was the name given to Poland’s first independent trade union and was led by a man named Lech Walesa. It may be easy to forget in our times now but Poland was under communist rule back then and the “Cold War” was still raging. The Solidarity Movement which originated in the shipyards at Gdańsk, began to be seen as a challenge to the communist state. It eventually became synonymous as the catalyst in creating a power shift between the state and the people and Walesa went on to not only receive the Nobel Peace Prize for his part in this historic ending of communist rule in Poland but became President from 1990-1995, the first to be democratically elected since 1926.

On our descent towards Krakow, with the beautiful Polish countryside and the impressive modern looking airport coming into view, it struck me that it looked nothing like the the pictures I’d seen on the news as a teenager and any trepidation I’d had, became completely unfounded as we landed safely on Polish soil.

Prior to beginning our adventure, I’d consulted a lovely Polish friend as to what she might recommend for us to visit during our stay in Krakow and her e-mailed response instantly piqued our interest. High on the list was a place called the “Wawel Chakra,” and if like me you’re pernickety about pronunciation, “Wawel” is pronounced “Va-Vel.”

I’ve not mentioned it already but the primary intention of our little holiday, was to celebrate my 60th birthday and as patrons of our blogs and YouTube channel will know, we love to visit ancient sites with our interest focusing not so much on the mainstream history of such places but more the energy of them from a psychic perspective.

So, armed with tourist map and high hopes, we set off on our quest on foot but before I go on to reveal what we found, I feel it would be pertinent to give you at least a little history of the location of the Wavel Chakra.

The Chakra is located within the grounds of Wavel Castle, a hugely imposing structure built on Wavel Hill which lies on the edge of Krakow old town itself. It’s one of Poland’s most significant historical and cultural sites, tracing it’s history back to the 11th century when Wawel Hill was the centre of Poland’s early statehood under the Piast dynasty. Over the centuries, Wawel evolved from a small fortified settlement into a grand royal residence, embodying the country’s changing political and cultural tides.

Today, it stands as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a major tourist attraction serving as a national museum. Embodying Poland’s rich history, resilience, and architectural heritage, it attracts visitors from all over the world to explore its museum collections, art and historical significance. In short, it’s a truly stunning place and is a must-see for any would be traveller.

To bring us back to the here and now, it’s worth mentioning something very important. During our taxi ride from the airport to the hotel, our driver warned us about a law which had been introduced affecting people traversing the Old Town on foot. We learned that pedestrians have right of way over all traffic, including the trams! In other words, you can literally step off the pavement into the busiest of roads and traffic has to stop for you!!

It took a little bit of getting used to because after all, as children of the 60’s and 70’s, we’d been indoctrinated by endless road saftey campaigns with the likes of Tufty, the road safety squirrel and the Green Cross Code. I had to keep reminding Ann not to stop at the pavements’ edge but just walk out into the road! We found that it was best to hang around on the pavenment and wait until someone else was about to cross and then tag on behind, neither making eye contact with nor waving in gratitude at drivers, lest we expose ourselves as the hapless tourists we were.

After a few go’s, I must admit that these new found god-like traffic stopping super powers could well go to a persons head. I was like Moses parting the Red Sea! I can assure you though, that any out of control ego will be put swiftly in check by random cyclists or electric scooter riders who don’t seem to be subject to the same rules of the road and will appear right out of nowhere! To avoid being a two-wheeled accident statistic, the best advice is to always keep your wits about you!

Eventually, we arrived at Wawel Castle intact, entering the grounds by a rather long ascending cobbled road. Being Yorkshire folk, we were glad to see that unlike many historic places at home, entry to the grounds was free but the Castle interior, Chapel and other features were pay on entry.

Of course, at this point, I was eager to find the Chakra, however, if you’re not quite sure what is meant by the label, “Wavel Chakra,” perhaps this official description I found might help:

“The Wawel Chakra, often referred to as the ‘Wawel Stone’ or ‘Wawel Power Place’, is a legendary energy point located within Wawel Castle. According to mystical beliefs, it is one of the world’s seven primary energy centres or “chakras,” a concept that is not rooted in mainstream Polish history or Christianity but has gained popularity among those interested in spiritual and esoteric traditions.”

Wawel Hill is believed by some to be one of seven global energy points, similar to other “sacred” sites like Machu Picchu in Peru, the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt, and Stonehenge in England so on that basis alone, for anyone who works with energy, it’s definitely up there on the “must experience it list.”

As I’ve intimated before, the site is truly impressive. It’s worth noting however, that when you visit, there is no sign saying, “To the Chakra” or any other obvious information to guide you to it. To be frank, we didn’t really know what to look for so once again, I contacted our lovely friend to ask if she might be able to give us a clue as to how to find it. Her welcome reply very soon appeared in my inbox and we resumed our quest with a new air of confidence. We found ourselves entering a huge courtyard surrounded by buildings on all four sides and it was only when Ann noticed a group of people gathered around one corner of this expansive area, that the location of the Chakra was pinpointed.

From here on in is where it got really interesting and very mysterious at the same time!

Ann beckoned for me to join her, as I was down the opposite end to the Chakra doing my own thing, or “bumbling around” as she would describe it! I was obviously keen to check it out and as I approached, I began to feel a powerful energy, intuitively picking up that there was good reason to call this a very special place. I placed my hands on the wall where I’d seen others doing so but I needn’t have. I felt the energy all around me. It wasn’t so much the wall where the energy was emanating from but the ground itself. I would love to tell you to that I sensed a positive and healing energy but it wasn’t. It was incredibly heavy, pulling me down to Earth. It’s an energy I’ve felt many times in spirit rescues and it usually signifies the presence of corrupted Ley Line energy.

To explain, Ley Lines are literally lines of crystalline energy which criss-cross the Earth and are at their most potent in what are called “Nodes.” These are areas where the lines conjunct with each other. All of the ancient sites humanity has discovered and is yet to discover, are built on and around these Nodes. Past civilisations knew about them and utilised them as a natural, harmonic energy source. According to past research and my Atlantean connection with Uther the Dragon, they were used as conduits for power, teleportation, inter-planetary/dimensional travel and besides a host of other incredible uses, they also act as portals or vortexes for spirit to enter into the physical dimension, as we’ve found through our spirit rescue work. The Great Pyramid at Giza has been identified as a power generator by Chris Dunn, a former civil engineer turned author, in his own extensive research which he published in a book, aptly entitled, “The Giza Power Plant.” To this day, I maintain that this is the most convincing explanation as to why these and other pyramidal structures across the Earth, were built.

The more time I spent in the energy of the Chakra, it became extremely overwhelming to a point where I felt unbalanced and nauseous, causing me to sit on a nearby step. It was then that I received images which I cannot fully reveal the true nature of here on this blog but what I can reveal, is that these visions were strongly influenced by mysterious, ritualistic figures whom I term the “Red Cloaks.”

Including this encounter, I’ve come across these energies three times in my life. The first was at a location in York, England, the second was a depiction in the Kubrick film, “Eyes Wide Shut” which incidentally is being shown on Netflix as a I write and the third, at the Wawel Chakra.

It has been a repeating pattern in my work with energy lines that the power they produce can be for both positive and negative uses. At many ancient sites we’ve visited, I’ve written about them being ‘hijacked,’ meaning that their power has either been disrupted, used for nefarious means or both. In my opinion, the Wawel Chakra appears to be used by both the forces of the light and the dark simultaneously.

The information I was receiving prompted me to call upon the energies of Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael and it struck me that a place noted for its healing powers, was very much in need of healing for itself.

After composing myself, I continued my investigation of the courtyard and was drawn to stand at its most central point. Again, I began receiving information but became distracted by something inlaid into the beautifully paved floor beneath me. What firstly amazed me about this object was the fact that it’s so small and insignificant enough that most, I assume, would literally walk over it without batting an eyelid! On further inspection, it was a small circular disc with a tiny triangular brass protrusion and had the words, “Axis Mundi Cracovensis” embossed into it along with what looked like an “M” or a “W” with the symbol of a crown above it, whichever way you look at it.

I’d never come across such a term before. When I returned to the hotel and with a good wifi signal, I began to do my research on the object and what I found was fascinating.

The only references I could find with any amount of information were Polish websites but with the advent of AI technology and translator software, I managed to pull up the following explanation:

“As reported by the Wawel Royal Castle, the first of these markers, Axis Mundi Cracoviensis, was embedded a year and a half ago in the arcaded courtyard to commemorate World Surveyors’ Day. Now, six more markers have been added, scattered across various parts of the castle. These are geodetic markers designed to create a unique measurement network that will allow for precise measurement of Wawel, both lengthwise and crosswise.”

The translation I felt, supplied me with a good explanation about the object but I was surprised to learn that it was quite recently laid along with the fact that there are actually six in total. By the directional aspect of the triangle, I came to deduce that the letter was in fact a “W” and stood for “Wawel” with the crown representing its royal connection. All well and good you might think but when I looked up the term, “Axis Mundi,” that’s when things got way more intriguing.

Once again I consulted the World Wide Web (www.) or the Internet, as we more commonly know it and I found a number of explanations, very similar to this:

“The term “axis mundi” is Latin for “axis of the world.” It refers to a symbolic concept in many cultures and religions, representing a central point that connects and balances heaven, earth, and the underworld. Often visualized as a pillar, tree, mountain, or other vertical structure, the axis mundi serves as a spiritual or cosmic link between different realms of existence, embodying the idea of a “world centre” or a spiritual axis that brings together physical and metaphysical worlds.”

Now, this explanation was beginning to speak my language! I must tell you that before I did this research, I stood for a while on this point and was shown a shaft of white light rising up into the sky but I also became aware that it also stretched deep into the Earth below. I was then shown that it continues to the centre of the Earth itself. This information confirmed to me that this place is a key Ley Line Node and because of this, I understood why the darker energies were focusing their attention upon it. If you’re spiritually attuned, you will be aware that there is a spiritual war taking place on Earth right now between the light and the dark energies and such high energy places as this, are being used as power sources by both sides.

(Just as an aside, it was only while writing this piece that another interesting thing occurred to me. As you can see from my research above, it mentioned that there are six other similar Axis Mundi inlays at Wawel Castle. With my studies into Sacred Geometry and the fact that there are seven objects in total, it has got me wondering that besides the ‘official’ explanantion, whether there is any other geometric significance or pattern which is revealed by their locations? With seven being a very powerful and meaningful number in many ancient and modern mystical schools of thought, I feel further research is needed…mmm…now where are those other objects located?).

Many years ago, I was called upon by Phoenix, one of my Spirit Guides, to perform Ley Line repairs at sites in the city of York and the imposing Stoodley Pike above Todmorden in West Yorkshire. The energy of both places had been corrupted and were being used by dark forces. The repairs did not take long and once the polarity, or energy flow, had been restored, my guides gave me the nod. At Wawel Castle, I intuitively knew from what I’d been shown about the kind of energy we were dealing with, that restoring the polarity there would require a much larger energy input and a significant group of people would be needed to restore balance and harmony.

It is here that I leave this account of our journey to find the Wawel Chakra but before I do, I must tell you that this place had a profound effect on me and between this and our visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau, I knew that our holiday to Poland was not simply throwing caution to the wind but was truly meant to be.

There are many souls who have not made the transition to the light and are still Earth bound. There are many dark energies on this planet which need to leave but do not want to let go, tied down by practices and rituals which they have thrived on for aeons, starved of love but fed by fear.

We as humans living on this beautiful planet are the physical conduits who can effect great change. I once asked a Guide why they themselves could not rescue those spirits who have not gone back to the light. They answered by telling me that when dealing with Earth bound spirit, they have to lower their frequency to connect with a physical conduit, namely a living human being and we as those humans, have to learn to raise our frequency so that our energies connect. When that connection is made, the spirit who wishes to make the transition can then be guided back to their true home. The same principle also applies to Ley Lines and energy centres which are in need of repair.

On this basis, we have much work to do. When I say we, I mean the light workers, the healers, the mystics and all who feel that significant change is coming. Humanity is ascending rapidly but as part of that ascension process we must cut ties to past behaviours which no longer serve the needs of our spirit. We must cleanse and let go of all which does not serve the highest good of all. In doing so, we can then begin to truly re-connect to our innate Divinity which in turn, helps us to remember our true Divine origins.
