Calling all Reiki students!
Is it time for a personal recharge? If you feel the calling to step away from the busyness of everyday life for a while, then come and join us for a beautiful Reiki Retreat Day dedicated solely to nurturing your mind, body and spirit.
This special Reiki Retreat Day has been created for Reiki students who wish to deepen their connection with Reiki, recharge their energy and spend time in the company of like-minded souls.
Together we will journey through a day of gentle healing practices, including:
- Guided meditations and visualisations to meet your personal healing guide(s)
- Sound healing and vibrational relaxation
- Energy cleansing, grounding techniques, energy exercises and self-healing practices
- Spiritual reflection and journaling
- Using ‘tools’ to enhance your practice and intuition
- Mindfulness and connection with nature
This is an opportunity to simply be, to rest, restore, receive and connect with the beautiful energy of Reiki and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you feel called to deepen your spiritual practice, replenish your energy or simply spend a peaceful day in sacred space, you are warmly invited to join us.
Prerequisite: you must be Reiki 1 qualified or above. Students from other lineages are welcome.

Investment: £45.00 includes hot drinks and light refreshments throughout the day. (booking fee of £2.50 applies to online bookings, no fee for bank transfer, contact Ann for details)

A notebook/journal and pen
A pillow and blanket
Yoga mat if you have one, we do have spares
